Group Classes & Workshops
Awareness Through Movement Group Classes:
Tali guides a group class through a planned sequence of movements. As a participant, you will explore different movement patterns whilst using your ability to sense, think, feel and imagine. Through observing your own movements and sensations together with exploring new ways to move, you will discover greater comfort in everyday activities and an improved flexibility of mind and body. Classes are gentle and relaxing and are suitable for all ages, levels of performance and fitness. Wearing warm, comfortable clothing is advised.

Workshops:
Workshops are an excellent opportunity to get further immersed in learning. They provide an opportunity to explore a specific theme in greater attention and detail. Workshops usually involve a series of ATM classes and discussion about a specific topic.

Pathways to Embodiment: A Nervous System Approach To Movement.
This two-part workshop series explores how the nervous system organises action, shaping how we move, balance and adapt. Each session includes two Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes and a guided group discussion, blending practice with reflection.
